This cabine tray machine for producing 600mm width frame, it is a big roll forming line,from January up to now, it cost 60 days from machine design,material process,now is under testing the running system already.

During metal machine process we always keep coomunication to achieve the results customers want, including cable tray drawing, roller design, electrical accessorries brand etc.  

Roll forming speed 8m/min including punch the hole, Roller material adopt GCr15 quenching treatment. Flexiable structure and durable running system.
